On Saturday, Tommy took me to one of his favorite pizza places from the town he grew up in.
Brooklyn Pizza - Queensbury NY - (518) 792-2000
On my trip to Brooklyn Pizza I enjoyed two giant slices of pepperoni pizza. The overall experience was great! The place was decently sized, very welcoming, and comfortable. They offer a wide selection of pizzas for individual slices alone, & the full menu was even greater! Here is my rating of this pizzeria.
1. The crust was thin like traditional new york city style pizza, & I rated the crust at a 3.5.
2. The sauce was mildly spiced, also like a traditional new york city style pizza. Not overbearing at all, very good. I rated the Sauce with a 3.
3. The pepperoni was some of the best I’ve tasted at pizza places, it was not too big nor too small, & evenly placed throughout the slices. I rated the Toppings with a 4.
4. Fill factor for this was fun, after two LARGE slices of thin true Brooklyn style pizza, I was quite full. It made for a quite enjoyable meal. I rated the Fill Factor with a 4.
5. The best part about my experience to this pizzeria was the cost. For Tommy & I both to get two slices each only cost us $8.43. I rated the cost with a 4.5.
